For Christ's Church of Deer Park’s annual Nativity Scene presentation, I was tasked with photographing the children in the nursery and creating a slideshow for the congregation. Instead of a traditional slideshow, I reimagined the concept as a cinematic video: individual photos were edited to remove their backgrounds and then composited into a custom barn-inspired scene, using visual references to evoke a warm, rustic nativity setting. These stylized images were then featured as Polaroid's hanging from a tree in a motion design sequence built in After Effects. Set to 'Mary, Did You Know' by Pentatonix, the final video resonated deeply with the congregation and was a memorable highlight of the service.
